Payment & Charges

We accept payment via major credit cards (Visa and MasterCard). All prices listed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Prices may be subject to change at any time without notice.

While we strive to ensure accurate pricing, errors may occasionally occur. In such cases, we will notify you via email before dispatching your order.

Shipping fees are not included in the listed product prices and will be calculated at checkout based on your order’s size, weight, and delivery location.

Items marked as Sale or Promotional are not eligible for further discounts or coupon codes, unless otherwise stated.

Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped. For full shipping details, please refer to our Shipping Information page.

Carhartt WIP Singapore currently does not accept international orders.

Placing an Order

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12:00 PM (SGT), excluding public holidays, will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We follow the Singapore public holiday calendar.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. If you do not receive this within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder. You can also view your order status by logging into your account under "My Account".

Please note that this confirmation email is system-generated. Should there be any discrepancies or issues with your order, we will contact you via a separate email.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items, promotional items, or limited releases once an order is placed.

Launch Products

Carhartt WIP Singapore reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or forfeit any orders that do not follow the stated launch or promotional mechanisms. This includes orders affected by purchase conflicts or stock availability. We are not obligated to provide a reason for the cancellation, but you will be notified and refunded accordingly.

Lost or Damaged Goods

All items purchased are at your own risk. Carhartt WIP Singapore is not liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by the shipping process. Any disputes arising from lost or damaged goods must be settled between the customer and the shipping provider.
