For the first time, Carhartt WIP’s seasonal collection includes GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ technology.

This partnership with W.L. Gore & Associates (Gore) sees Carhartt WIP silhouettes created in windproof-breathable GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ fabric technology, resulting in two outerwear styles and a corresponding five-panel cap, executed in matte black and woodland camouflage.

Both outerwear styles are based on a streamlined sportswear silhouette, with adjustable hoods and ergonomic sleeve construction. These lightweight shells are created from woven 50 denier polyester, complete with taped seam detailing. Underarm zips provide ventilation options and ease of movement, while each style also features adjustable velcro cuffs and front pockets with zip closure.

The iconic Carhartt WIP square label adorns the left chest of these two jackets – differentiated by their full- and half-zip front closure. In addition, GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ branding is applied to each sleeve. Both jackets are complemented by caps that utilize the same fabric, technology, and motifs.

For more than 40 years the GORE-TEX brand has been a leading innovator of waterproof-breathable performance apparel. With the introduction of the GORE-TEX INFINIUM™, Gore offers products that are made for situations when comfort and all-around performance take priority over waterproofness. The resulting garments are totally windproof, highly breathable and offer a certain level of water-resistance – capable of withstanding light rain and snow, which means light rain beads up and rolls off, so people stay comfortable. Additionally, GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ products are machine washable and created with repeat use and durability in mind.

GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ for Carhartt WIP is now available at Carhartt WIP stores, global retailers, and our online shop. An additional lime colorway will also be available online and in-store at Carhartt WIP New York.
